We headed back out to Snowshoe at the end of Jan, to take advantage of a long weekend.
We made it to rope drop at 9 AM, and cruised Ballhooter lift for a couple hours to start the day.
This corduroy was shredded to bits.
Witness:
It was a warm day, but the snow held up great. We hit the Snowshoe Basin in the morning, did a few laps on Western Territory, then lunch at the condo, then headed over to Silver Creek to enjoy the lower crowds there all afternoon. At the end of the first day, we were ready to chill by the fire, even if it was still 40 degrees outside.
